Hire-Support was founded by Felix Muzhingi, a Zimbabwean American entrepreneur who was born and raised in Zimbabwe.
Felix later moved to the United States for college, where he gained valuable experience working and living in a highly competitive business environment. During his time in the U.S., he recognized a major opportunity—Zimbabwe is home to a highly educated, English-speaking workforce, yet many talented young professionals struggle to find employment due to the country’s economic challenges.
With a deep passion for making a difference, Felix launched Hire-Support to bridge this gap. Our mission is to connect businesses with top-tier remote talent from Zimbabwe, helping companies build cost-effective, world-class teams while creating life-changing job opportunities for skilled Zimbabweans.
